Leaving Cowl

At some point in late fall or early winter each year, my knitting switch is flipped. I crave new yarn, new patterns and a cozy blanket to knit under for hours...and hours...and hours and that is just how I've been spending my time the past couple of weeks.

This cowl is one of the results of my recent knitting binges. I made this for my Aunt who is a wonderful knitter. She has always encouraged and supported my yarn hobbies so I was happy to create something for her.

The pattern is called Leaving Cowl and it's available as a free download on Ravelry! I used Knit Picks Galileo yarn for this. It has great stitch definition and is so soft and silky. It's great to knit with and wear!

Don't forget, I'm giving away 4 skeins of Galileo yarn so be sure to enter for a chance to win!

The pattern has two different edge options, picot or seed stitch. I chose to do the picot edging because I thought it looked a bit more delicate. It does create a heavier band though so it's a little floppy. This may not be the case if you were working with a heavier coarser yarn.

Happy knitting and good luck to everyone who has entered my New Year, New Yarn giveaway! I'm really excited to share this yarn with you.

Definitely believe that which you stated.

Your favorite justification seemed to be on the net the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I certainly get irked while people
think about worries that they just do not know about.
You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect
, people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more.
